Our Warm Family Artichoke Dip
The Ingredients
• 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 clove garlic, minced (or more if you love garlic like us)
The Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). 2. Combine all ingredients evenly in a mixing bowl. 3. Transfer into a shallow baking dish, we use a small brown betty with the lid off 4. Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and bubbling around the edges. 5. Serve warm with crusty sourdough or crackers.
